Leading Teams
in the Age of AI

Building Digital Literacy, Practical Judgment, and Confidence to Guide Responsible Team Adoption

2 DAYS · HANDS-ONLEVEL 4 MANAGERSAPPROX. 25 PARTICIPANTSCOPILOT + WORKFLOW LEADERSHIP

01 / WHY THIS PROGRAM

From knowing AI to leading the work

With Microsoft Copilot and enterprise platforms increasingly available, the leadership challenge is deciding where AI creates value, where human judgment stays essential, and how to redesign work responsibly.

01

Identify opportunities

Make workflows visible and find meaningful business problems.

02

Exercise judgment

Evaluate expected value, operational risk, automation and human oversight.

03

Build consensus

Navigate the interests, authority, abilities and willingness of stakeholders.

04

Lead a practical next step

Present a one-page proposal grounded in real constraints and governance.

“AI generates outputs. Teams decide what to do with them.”

02 / THE TWO-DAY JOURNEY

One shared method. Two real-world applications.

Each session has an outcome. Select a session to open its corresponding workshop slides in a new tab.

03 / INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP

The workshop lives inside the program

Open any module to enter the full-screen bilingual slide and activity environment. The cards, matrices, prompts, reflections and facilitator notes remain available.

04 / PREPARATION AND OUTCOMES

Practical deliverables, not hypothetical AI enthusiasm

Before the workshop

  • Complete the short pre-workshop questionnaire (including perceived supervisor expectations).
  • Consider a real but non-confidential process with 5–10 tasks.
  • Confirm approved Microsoft Copilot access; do not bring sensitive employee or customer information.

What participants take away

  • A personal reflection record and reusable Copilot prompting approach.
  • A team workflow map and value/risk/human-review analysis.
  • A stakeholder support plan, a one-page proposal and a five-minute pitch.
HR recruitment cards are illustrative until validated with Mercedes-Benz HRBP. Proposals are learning outputs, not implementation approval.

05 / YOUR FACILITATORS

AI expertise meets human leadership

Two complementary facilitators: one makes the technology and workflow method approachable; the other turns outputs into alignment, decisions and action.
